Crested Ringneck Doves

"Crested Ringneck Doves , This mutation origin is in south east Asia in Island between Philippine and Thailand as natural mutation occurred in by the creation of this bird. This Bird is Been imported in 1990 to Kuwait, Genetics are beginning on this mutation with its importation. it was in the 3 colors white, fawn and Ivory. Dr.Miller who have helped me with the basic in the Crosses of colors mutation after importing all his colored birds 1992 -1993, I have proven for the 1st time 1993 that the Crested Ringneck Doves is Recessive mutation, and I crossed the imported Ringneck Doves new colors, and made the crested fawn color which was the only color I have back in 1991 to be for the 1st time in all the new colors I have imported from the US, most of the birds now in the US is imported from Kuwait are the latest generation out from Dr. Miller birds Normal head of 92 - 93 and my crested fawn bird which to Kuwait. I have wrote many articles in ADA & CDA and the American Pigeon Fancier in 93 - 95.Also promoted the birds photos in the NYBS in Kentucky in Oct 1994, I have exported in 96 some of the crested birds to Holland to Mr. H van Grouw, I been as well Dr.Miller in his Dutch articles in the Onz Vogel's magazine in Holland, so this was the 1st time in Europe, and I have send some this year to Mr.Fred in Belgium the president of the Doves Club. The Doubled crested Ring Neck Doves

I had waited realy long time to have the 2 kind of crest at my loft in Kuwait I even triad to get them when I was in the Netherlands but I was not lucky at that time, and then have them crossed and to get this result the double crest but it took long search and contacts since 1994 the 1st time I heard that the tufted crested were available at the US but very rare after the death of its owner then some fanciers started to get some and started to breed them and enhance the blood line and the size of the tufted Crest
These tufted crested doves arrived to Kuwait 2001 from the US and been crossed with back crest to produce what I call the double Crest ring neck Dove new beautifull Dove with new character and Genes. Its now the 4th Generation and it’s a bure blood line that produce only double crest available in Dark tangerine and white its almost color sex the white is female and the tangerine is the male, the 2 kinds of the Crested character both are Recessive mutation.

The Crested Black Head Ring Neck Doves

This Black head Ring dove mutation and the Gray colors with black ring normal heads without any Crest, originated from Europe (I got them from the Netherlands – originally came there through Italy from east European country precisely Check republic), they have natural color specially the black head colored as in the molting period to change there complete feathers for the new season they get dark spots on there body feathers if its worm and they get there feathers completely white if its cold beside the head color which stays dark or light color as well for the same.

The young doves when they hatch, they also have strange colors white and zebra lines of dark brown then they mould to there white body color its very strange beautiful natural mutation in the ring neck Doves.

We have them also crossed to the Normal back crest and now you can see them with the Back crest and hopefully in the future well be in double crest soon.
